To enhance our outreach and digital presence, we are inviting applications for the position of Marketing Officer, with a strong focus on Digital Marketing and Omni-Channel Strategy.
Position: Marketing Officer – Digital & Omni-Channel
Location: Daffodil Plaza, Sobhanbagh, Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage omni-channel promotion including website, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and offline outreach.
- Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPA, AOV, etc.) and continuously optimize based on data insights.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly content and coordinate with the design team for visuals and creatives.
- Manage lead generation funnels and retargeting campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Maintain DIPTI’s brand identity and engagement across all platforms.
- Coordinate promotional events, webinars, fairs, and local campaigns to boost admissions and visibility.
- Report on KPIs and marketing outcomes regularly to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in education or training).
- Solid knowledge of social media tools, SEO/SEM, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to write compelling content and analyze performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Team player with a proactive and goal-driven attitude.
