Who is this for?

Intended Learners
  • This program is open to enthusiastic job seekers, graduates, and diploma holders looking to enter the IT-enabled services (ITES) and BPO workforce.
  • Special Priority: Special priority and preference will be given to women, ethnic minorities, physically challenged individuals, and underprivileged candidates.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation or a 4-Year Diploma completion (Specific courses like Accounting Services require a background in Commerce/BBA/MBA).
  • Strict Eligibility Guardrail: Candidates who have previously participated in any training program under the SEIP or SICIP projects are not eligible to apply.
  • Age Limit: 20 to 40 Years.
  • 2 copies of passport-size color photographs.
  • 1 photocopy of Educational Qualification Certificates.
  • 1 photocopy of National Identity Card (NID).
  • 1 copy of an Updated CV/Resume.

Each course runs for 2 months, featuring a total of 44 intensive classes. Classes are held 5 days a week, with each session lasting 5 hours in modern, high-tech lab facilities.

Yes, the training is 100% free, funded entirely by the Government of Bangladesh. Furthermore, trainees will receive a daily training allowance based on regular class attendance rules.

Upon successful completion and passing the final evaluation, trainees will receive an official certificate. DIPTI, in collaboration with BACCO, provides dedicated Job Placement Support to help successful graduates secure jobs in leading BPO firms and corporate houses.
