Requirements
  • Age Group: Open for students aged 12 to 16 years.
  • Prior Experience: No prior programming or coding experience is required.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic familiarity with operating a computer (using a keyboard/mouse, navigating files, and browsing the web).
  • English Knowledge: Basic understanding of English (reading and writing) to follow coding syntax and instructions.

This course is specially designed for junior learners aged 12 to 16 years who want to start their coding journey with Python.

No prior programming experience is required. This is a beginner-level course that starts from the fundamentals of computer programming.

The course duration is 3 months with a total of 20 classes. Classes are held every Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (3 hours per class).

The curriculum follows a hands-on learning approach: 30% concept and 70% practical work. Every class includes learning concepts, instructor demonstrations, practice challenges, and mini-projects.

Students will build real-world applications and interactive games such as a Quiz Game, To-Do List, Expense Tracker, Rock-Paper-Scissors, Tic-Tac-Toe, and a Password Generator.

Students will be assessed based on Class Participation (10 marks), Assignments/Mini Projects (15 marks), Midterm Exam (20 marks), Final Exam (25 marks), and a Final Project (30 marks).

Yes, students who successfully complete the course requirements, exams, and final project will receive a course completion certificate.
